1. General provisions
Logistic Integration Service Solution LLP, BIN 201240024642 (hereinafter — "Company", "we") respects the privacy of users of the liss.kz website (hereinafter — "Site"). This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and protect it in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Data we collect
When you contact us through the Site's contact form, we may collect the following data: — first and last name; — phone number or email address; — company name; — content of your message. Technical data may also be collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages of the Site you visit.
3. Use of data
The collected data is used exclusively for: — responding to your inquiries and requests; — providing information about the Company's services; — improving the quality of the Site.
4. Data storage
Data is stored on secured servers for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this policy. After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized. Requests sent through the Site’s forms go to the Company’s CRM. A copy of each request is kept in a journal on the Site’s server for no longer than three months, in case the CRM was unavailable at the moment it was sent. The servers of the Site and of the CRM are in Kazakhstan.
5. Transfer of data to third parties
We do not transfer, sell or disclose your personal data to third parties, except as expressly required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or with your explicit consent. The Site's forms are protected from automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile: when a form is sent, it receives technical data of the browser to tell a person from a program.
6. Data in your browser
The Site keeps in your browser (localStorage and sessionStorage): — the colour theme you chose; — where you came to the Site from (a search engine, an ad, a link on another site — without the address’s parameters) and which pages of the Site you opened: this reaches us only together with your request, so that we know where it came from; — a service mark about reloading the page after the Site was updated. These records hold no name and no contact details. You can delete them by clearing the site’s data in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: — request access to your personal data; — request its correction or deletion; — withdraw consent to the processing of personal data; — file a complaint with the authorized personal data protection authority. To exercise your rights, send a request to info@liss.kz.
