Q: Do I need to register?

No. The first login with your company’s e-signature creates the account.

Q: What does the counterparty need, and do they pay?

Nothing: they log in with their e-signature or the link in the email. Signing, the account, API and the 1C extension are free for them — 0 ₸.

Q: What is NCALayer and where do I get it?

It is the program for NCA e-signatures — the same one used for egov.kz and the Taxpayer Account. Ask support where to download it and how to install it.

Q: Is an electronic statement valid in court and for audit?

A statement signed with the e-signatures of authorised persons of both parties has the same force as a paper one (Digital Code No. 255-VIII, art. 61–62). It interrupts the limitation period under art. 183 of the Civil Code. The evidence package stays with the parties.

Q: What if the figures don’t match?

The service shows a discrepancy report. For each line a party clicks “Accept” or “Dispute”; re-inviting and sending back for rework cost nothing extra.

Q: Can I use it without 1C?

Yes: upload a regular Excel file or a ready PDF statement, or connect via API.

Q: How do I pay and get closing documents?

The invoice is issued in the account in two clicks. Ask support about closing documents.
