WMS

LISS WMS — a warehouse management system on 1C. Every pallet in the warehouse has an address

Receiving from the lines, tasks for robots and forklifts, picking and shipping into a container, wagon or truck — one system on 1C.

01 · BATCH AND LABELS
The batch gets its labels right on the line
The ERP sends an expected receipt for batch П-2609-07. The system prints the labels: every pallet gets a barcode at the end of line B, gate IN-02.
02 · OFF THE LINE
Lines have their cells, a robot picks the pallet up
The operator assigned channel 01-BC-07-12 to line B in the console. The pallet reached the end of the conveyor — WMS created a task and RDS handed it to the free AGV-3.
03 · PUT-AWAY
The pallet gets an address
AGV-3 places the pallet in slot 18 of channel 01-BC-07-12. The address snaps onto the pallet — the system knows it, not the driver. Forklift FL-1 on the next channel confirms its cell with a scan.
04 · SHIPPING ORDER
The order arrives from the ERP
ЗК-2609-118: 40 pallets for Alfa-Snab LLP, transport — container LSSU 000412 7, gate OUT-A07. “Plan” makes the system choose picking cells, “Pick” sends the tasks to the drivers.
05 · PICKING
The forklift picks by task
FL-1 approaches the channel from the side opposite the robot, scans PL-000412 and takes it to OUT-A07. Not one oncoming vehicle in the aisle: one system issues the routes.
06 · SHIPPING
Shipped — and passed on
Pallets are scanned into the container one by one. “No task found” on the handheld — the order is shipped in full. The ERP gets the shipment, the CTMS terminal gets the container contents. Stock is 40 lines lighter.

Cost

What the cost of LISS WMS is made of

LISS WMS is delivered as a project, so there is no price list on this page: cost and timing are worked out after the warehouse survey. It is neither a cloud service nor a subscription. The total has four parts.

  1. Implementation work

The warehouse survey, reference data and the put-away and picking rules, workplace set-up, training and a launch with support through the first shifts.

  2. Integrations

Exchange with the ERP over a REST API, production lines over OPC, robots through their dispatching system, the CTMS terminal. Counted by the number of systems.

  3. Licences and server

The 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform and a PostgreSQL server on the customer’s site. The number of licences is settled during the survey.

  4. Equipment

Handheld terminals, forklift tablets, label printers and Wi-Fi in the warehouse. Models are chosen for your warehouse.

Support after the launch is estimated separately: its scope is agreed during the survey.

How to get an estimate
  1. Request: you tell us about the warehouse
  2. Survey: topology, zones, lines, gates
  3. Estimate of cost and timing

07 · QUESTIONS

Common questions

There is no price list: LISS WMS is delivered as a project. Cost and timing follow the warehouse survey — the number of cells and zones, lines and gates, handhelds and vehicles, the set of integrations and the amount of training. The total is made of implementation work, integrations, licences with a server, and equipment.
On the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform. The 1C server and the PostgreSQL database are deployed on the customer’s site: a hot standby of the database, backups several times a day. Handhelds work over Wi-Fi. It is not a cloud and not a subscription.
WMS is a standalone configuration on 1C:Enterprise 8.3 and is installed as a separate database. Platform licences and their number are settled during the survey.
Industrial Android terminals (Zebra, for example) with the WMS Mobile app, working online over Wi-Fi. Forklifts get a tablet with the Forklift module. Specific models are chosen for your warehouse.
Over REST API: JSON, HTTPS, basic authentication, 14 services — items, counterparties, expected and actual receipts, orders, shipments, stock, status changes, stocktake discrepancies. The ERP can be anything — on one site it is SAP. A 202 response means “accepted in part, here are the errors by line”.
Yes. Forklift drivers take pallets off the lines and put them away by handheld tasks: the system names the cell, the driver confirms it with a scan. AGV robots connect through the vendor’s dispatching system (RDS) when there are any.
Stocktaking is a handheld mode: data goes over Wi-Fi, discrepancy reports (shortage, surplus) go to the ERP through the inventory service. Whether to stop the warehouse and how to split it into zones is settled during the survey.
Go-live with the first shifts supervised, instructions in Russian and Kazakh, videos and a training portal. The scope of further support is settled during the survey.
