01 · REQUEST AND WINDOW
The shipment is in the system before the truck arrives
Shipments come from the customer’s TMS as a template file or are added by hand. The operator books the 15:00–18:00 window: company, driver, truck and document fill in, the order number is typed.
02 · QR CHECK-IN
The driver scans the sign — and is in the queue
No app: a QR on the sign at the gatehouse, a language, the plate (Cyrillic for Russian trucks). The system finds the shipment and shows the delivery list with the status “Document check”.
03 · DOCUMENT CHECK
Security checks the papers — the driver sees the result
Security’s tablet shows the same shipment: company, truck, document numbers. “Documents checked” — the status turns green. “Document problem” with a note — red, and the driver walks over to security.
04 · LIMIT AND ENTRY
There is room — the barrier goes up
No more than 10 trucks on site. The operator opens the barrier with a button, records the entry and assigns gate OUT-A09. The gatehouse camera keeps the plate, the time and a photo. The next truck waits in the car park.
05 · LOADING AND PAPERWORK
Every transition carries a timestamp
At gate OUT-A09 the operator sets “Loading”, then “Paperwork”; export shipments add “Certificates”. When the papers are ready — “Exit allowed”.
06 · EXIT AND THE NEXT ONE
One leaves — the next one moves
The exit mark: “Shipped”, the shipment goes to the archive, a place in the limit frees up. 456 KZT 05 in the car park gets “Entry allowed” and drives to the gatehouse. Reports — by shipment and by the time of every stage.

What the cost of «Авто-окно» is made of

«Авто-окно» is installed as a project, so there is no price list on this page: cost and timing are estimated after a survey of the gatehouse and the site. The total has four parts.

  1. Implementation work

    The survey of the gatehouse and the site, arrival slots and limits, the driver portal, the operator’s and the guard’s workplaces, training and support through the first shifts.

  2. Integrations

    Shipments loaded from the TMS as a file, exchange with CTMS and WMS, cameras and a video recorder connected — if you have them.

  3. Equipment

    QR-code signs at the entrances. Cameras are optional: QR check-in works without them.

  4. Scope of set-up

    The number of entrances and gates, the languages of the driver portal, export shipments with the certificate step.

Frequent questions

There is no price list: «Авто-окно» is installed as a project. Cost and timing are estimated after a survey: number of entrances and gates, trucks per day, cameras and recorder, TMS and warehouse integration, drivers’ languages, export shipments. The total is made of implementation work, integrations, equipment and the scope of set-up.
No. The driver scans the QR code on the sign at the gatehouse (or opens a link), picks a language, types the plate and sees the delivery list with statuses. It is a web page, nothing to install.
The operator checks the shipment in through 1C — the “Check-in” tab. If the shipment is not in the list, the operator checks whether it was loaded from the TMS and adds it by hand when needed.
Russian plates are typed in Cyrillic — for example А 412 ВС 116. The driver portal works in Kazakh, Russian, Turkish and English.
No. QR check-in works without cameras. If the gatehouse has cameras, they record the plate, the time and a photo of the passage and connect to the customer’s network video recorder.
The operator — with a button. The system records the entry and exit times and changes the shipment status; it does not promise to lift the arm by itself.
No more than 10 trucks on site at a time — the statuses “On site”, “Loading” and “Paperwork” count. When there is no room, the driver waits in the outer car park and watches the status on the phone: as soon as one truck leaves, the next gets “Entry allowed”.
For international shipments a “Certificates” step is added between “Paperwork” and “Exit allowed”. The set of export documents is agreed during the survey.
