One container from the train to shipping

The train file becomes a list
The carrier sends an Excel file “Wagon — Container”. The dispatcher uploads it, picks the train and the date — the system creates an expected arrival of 60 containers.
The checker verifies it on a tablet
The container and wagon numbers on the tablet are checked against the real ones. A match — “Confirm”. A dent — a detailed inspection with an orange mark on the face.
The reachstacker knows where to put it
The task arrives on the tablet: where to pick it up, which container, which cell to put it into. The driver confirms the cell — and the address is known to everyone.
The order is built from the stock report
The dispatcher takes containers from the “Stock on the terminal” report, picks the train and the date — the system creates a request for every container.
The cargo list comes from the WMS
The container moves to the stuffing area. By its number the warehouse WMS returns the lots and pallets — nothing is typed by hand. Then “Done”.
Gone — and off the stock report
A move to the shipping area, the shipping document, and the container leaves on a train or a truck. The stock report no longer has that line.

What the cost of LISS CTMS is made of

LISS CTMS is delivered as a project, so there is no price list on this page: cost and timing are worked out after the terminal survey. The total has four parts.

  1. Implementation work

    The terminal survey, marking of cells and zones, reference data, operator training and support through the first shifts on site.

  2. Integrations

    Exchange with the WMS and the ERP over a REST API, shipments loaded from a file, plate-recognition cameras connected.

  3. Licences and server

    The 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for the dispatcher’s workplace and the customer’s servers the system is deployed on.

  4. Equipment

    Android tablets for the vehicles and the checkers, cameras and a network video recorder. Models are chosen for the site’s conditions.

There is no price list: LISS CTMS is delivered as a project. Cost and timing depend on the number of zones, machines and integrations and are estimated after the terminal survey. The total is made of implementation work, integrations, licences with a server, and equipment.
The dispatcher workplace runs on 1C:Enterprise 8.3, the app for equipment is on Android tablets, the driver portal is web. Deployed on the customer’s servers.
