docflow by LISS — waybill recognition and upload to 1C. From a waybill photo to 1C — no retyping
docflow recognises waybills from a photo, a scan or a PDF: it straightens the sheet, finds the table, reads every cell and cross-checks the sums. The operator checks only the doubtful values, and an unposted document goes to 1C. It runs on your server.
Retyping goes — checking stays
From photo to 1C in six steps
The system does not lie about its confidence
docflow shows a person what is doubtful and cross-checks the sums itself. And it honestly tells apart two cases that are easy to mix up:
Row and total arithmetic
Quantity × price = sum for every row, the row sums make the total, VAT separately. A discrepancy shows which value was read wrongly.
Confidence for every value
70 % and above — “sure”. Below that — “needs checking”, below 50 % — “bad”, in red. The outcome for the document: auto, needs checking or rejected.
Image quality
Rotation, sharpness, text height, the share of the frame the sheet takes up, page size. If the image is unusable, the system says so — and explains why.
A grid with merged cells
The table is found by its ruled lines, merged cells in the header included. The columns are assigned roles — name, code, quantity, price, sums — nine in all.
A barcode on the page
If the page has a barcode, docflow finds it along with the other image metrics.
Service self-check
The service checks itself by actually recognising a reference image, not with a formal “I’m alive” reply.
The operator’s workplace
One screen per document: image metrics, the queue of doubtful values with their crops, the table, the arithmetic, the images and what will go to 1C.
Integrations and where it runs
docflow sits on your server — between the document sources and the accounting system.
Only what can be checked
How the rollout goes
- 01The customer’s sample waybills
- 02Setting up columns and checks for your forms
- 03A pilot on the real document flow
- 04Connecting to 1C through an HTTP service
- 05Operator training
- 06Further training of the recogniser on the accumulated corrections
What the cost of docflow is made of
docflow is installed on the customer’s server and set up for the customer’s waybills, so there is no price list on this page: the cost is estimated after the samples are analysed. The total has four parts.
Set-up for your forms
Analysis of your waybill samples, set-up of columns and checks, a pilot on the real document flow.
Connection to accounting
Hand-over to 1C through an HTTP service. For any other system — a REST API and JSON export.
Server
docflow runs on your server on an ordinary processor — no graphics card and no cloud services.
Training and retraining
Operator training and retraining of the recogniser on the corrections collected.
- Request: you send 3–5 waybill samples
- Analysis: we show the result on your documents
- Estimate of cost and timing
