ActSend — reconciliation statements signed with the NUC RK e-signature
LISS's own SaaS product: data is loaded from 1C, Excel, or a ready PDF statement, the service matches both parties' transactions and highlights discrepancies, and the statement is signed with a Kazakhstan NUC RK digital signature. The counterparty needs no account — they sign in with their own e-signature or a link from the email.
Updated: October 2026

Reconciling settlements between companies drags on for weeks: accountants export ledgers to Excel, match rows by hand, chase discrepancies by phone and email, then print the statement, sign it, stamp it, and send it by courier. Discrepancies surface late, and a paper statement is easily lost — leaving nothing to prove the debt was acknowledged if a dispute arises.
We built ActSend — an end-to-end web service for reconciliation. Data arrives from 1C via an extension or API, from a plain Excel file with saved column-mapping templates, or as a ready PDF. The service normalizes document numbers, matches transactions by date and amount with configurable tolerances, and produces a discrepancy protocol resolved line by line — accept or dispute. Both parties sign through NCALayer, in the browser or from their own 1C, and receive an evidence package with QR-based authenticity verification.
What the business gets
- Transactions are matched automatically — discrepancies show up at once, not a week later
- The counterparty needs no account: they sign in with their e-signature or an emailed link
- Signing with the NUC RK e-signature via NCALayer — in the browser or straight from 1C
- 1C extension: both parties reconcile inside their own database, exchanging via API or Excel
- Statement with a QR check: the signature is verified independently on SIGEX, without the service
- Files are encrypted with the organization's key, only hashes are stored, backups run daily
Results
- Weeks of manual reconciliation and paper exchange are cut down to minutes
- A legally binding statement with no stamps, couriers, or in-person meetings — equal in force to paper under the Digital Code of Kazakhstan
- A LISS product live in production — actsend.kz
