Small and mid-size warehouses operate without address-based storage: operators search for goods by eye, and stock is tracked in Excel or 1C with no link to physical location. Mis-picks, long search times, and shipping errors are costly. Meanwhile, heavy WMS platforms cost millions and take months to implement — out of reach for most operators.
We built Skladex — a cloud WMS with a mobile app for Zebra industrial scanners. An operator scans a barcode and instantly sees the bin address, then completes receiving, movement, and dispatch tasks directly from the handheld. Management handles subscriptions and staff access in the customer portal; data syncs with 1C automatically.
