Finished-goods warehouse: WMS, container terminal and digital checkpoint on one site

Product comes off several packing lines around the clock, is stored in drive-in racks and leaves in containers, railcars and trucks. Without a system the address of a pallet lived in the forklift driver’s memory and on the radio: batches were searched row by row, ERP stock differed from the physical count, and trucks waited at the gate without a queue or time windows.

We deployed LISS WMS on 1C:Enterprise 8.3: the pallet label is printed on the line, an AGV takes the pallet off the conveyor on the system’s task, forklifts receive tasks on handheld terminals, picking and shipping follow orders from SAP. Next to it, LISS CTMS for the container terminal (receiving from the train, stuffing, equipment slots) and the «Авто-окно» gate at the checkpoint: the driver registers by QR, security checks the documents, the warehouse manages the queue. Lines are connected over OPC, robots through the fleet manager, and the site has 49 cameras.
